Terms of Service

Developers World LLC provides professional IT services including Web and Mobile Development, UI/UX Design, ERP Solutions, AI Chatbot Development, and Game Development.

• Project Agreement: Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Project Proposal.

• Modifications: Any changes to the project scope ("Scope Creep") after the project has started may result in additional fees and adjusted timelines.

We believe in empowering your business.

• Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full and final payment, the custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for your project will be transferred to you.

• Company Retained Rights: We retain ownership of our pre-existing "developer tools," libraries, and proprietary methodologies used across multiple projects. We grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these components as they are integrated into your final product.

Because ERP and AI solutions are data-dependent, the following applies:

• Data Accuracy: For ERP Solutions, the Client is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the data migrated or integrated into the system.

• AI Evolution: AI Chatbots learn and evolve. While we use cutting-edge technologies to ensure high performance, we do not guarantee that the AI will be 100% error-free in its interactions, as it relies on the training data and parameters provided.

• Third-Party Integrations: We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI, AWS, Google Cloud) that your ERP or AI solution may rely on.

To turn your ideas into reality, we need a partner. You agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals.

• Supply necessary content, brand assets, and API access.

• Designate a primary point of contact for the project.

• Milestones: Payments are typically divided into milestones (e.g., 30% Deposit, 40% Mid-Project, 30% Delivery).

• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend work or hosting services if payments are more than 15 days overdue.

• Refunds: Due to the custom nature of software development, payments for work already completed are non-refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developers World LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, data, or business reputation—resulting from the use or inability to use our digital solutions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, FL.
